Currently at Baker & Baker since November 2022, Faye manages Tesco’s system and specifications across multiple UK sites, oversees new product development processes, and ensures compliance with customer requirements. Previously, Faye held various roles at ABP Food Group from November 2009 to October 2022, including Technical System Manager and Specifications Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing major retailer systems, artwork approval, and leading technical teams to ensure product safety and quality standards. Faye's career also includes roles at Dairygold Food Ingredients, Greencore, Uniq, and Holland & Barrett, demonstrating a solid foundation in quality assurance, compliance coordination, and technical support.
