Lewis Rogers-Duffield

Lewis Rogers-Duffield is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in the food industry. Currently serving as the Senior Quality Manager (Suppliers Europe) at Baker & Baker, a leading bakery products supplier, since June 2019, Rogers-Duffield oversees supplier quality and compliance. Previously held the position of Supplier and Compliance Manager at Stateside Foods Limited, the UK's largest retailer label chilled pizza producer, from January 2015 to June 2019, managing the Compliance and Supplier Quality Team. Prior to that, Lewis worked as a Food Safety Auditor and Environmental Health Practitioner at Shield Safety Group, specializing in technical and quality management systems for the food and drinks industry. An alumnus of The Manchester Metropolitan University, Rogers-Duffield earned a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Health and holds a BTEC in Business Studies from Petroc Official.
