Susana Figueiredo

Susana Figueiredo has extensive experience in the bakery industry, currently serving as Labour and Materials Controller at Baker & Baker since March 2021. Prior to this role, Susana held multiple positions at CSM Bakery Solutions, including Shift Coordinator, Section Leader, Project Manager for Operational & Technology Transfers, Footprint Project Manager Bradford, Esher Site Production Manager, and Process Manager from September 2011 to March 2021. Early in the career, Susana worked as Process Technology Manager, Packing Assistant Manager, and Bakery Assistant Manager at The Cookieman Ltd. from October 2006 to January 2011. Susana's educational background includes a Foundation degree in Food Science from the University of Chester, a Certificate in HACCP for Food Manufacturing from the Royal Society for Public Health, and a Professional Certificate in Bakery from the University of Chester.
