Rick Boulin

Rick Boulin has over 25 years of experience in the information technology field. Rick began their career at Booz Allen Hamilton in 1993, where they held various positions including IT Director. In 2008, they joined Strategy&, part of the PwC network (formerly Booz & Company), where they served as Chief Information Officer until 2016. Rick is currently Chief Information Officer at Baker Botts.

Rick Boulin has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Maryland.
