Karen Parent

Karen Parent began their work experience in 1998 as a Transportation Specialist Manager at TNT Auto Transport, where they managed a nationwide network of agents and terminals, implemented new strategies, and closely worked with traffic and dispatch managers. Karen then worked as a Project Manager at MSB, Inc. General Contractor from 2003 to 2009, where they managed all aspects of tenant improvement projects. Currently, Karen is employed at Baker Electric as a Project Engineer II, working since 2011 to assist project managers with coordinating technical and administrative functions for successful project completion.

Karen Parent has a diverse education history. Karen attended Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical School, where they studied Computer Programming. Later, they enrolled in Mount Wachusett Community College and earned a degree in Childhood Education with a focus on Early Childhood Education and Teaching. Karen also attended the New York School of Photography, specializing in Photography. Additionally, they studied Importing Exporting documentation at Waltham Import Export.

In terms of certifications, Karen obtained the Trimble Accubid Classic Estimating Software certification in July 2015. Karen also became Procore Certified: Associate, completing the certification program offered by Procore Technologies in May 2015.
