Chuck Oswald

Chuck Oswald is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in structural engineering and blast analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Engineer at BakerRisk since April 2025, Oswald previously held the position of Principal Blast Engineer at AG&E Structural Engenuity from September 2021 to April 2025. Prior roles include Principal Consultant at ABS Group and Senior Principal at Protection Engineering Consultants, alongside an earlier tenure as Senior Engineer at BakerRisk. Oswald's career in engineering began at Southwest Research Institute as a Research Engineer. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Structural Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil/Structural Engineering from The Catholic University of America.
