Dee Delany is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Recruitment Operations and previously as Recruitment Manager at Baker Finn Recruitment since October 2018. With 18 years of global recruitment experience, Dee specializes in 360 recruitment, account management, and training across diverse sectors including life science, medical devices, technology, IT, engineering, and biotech. Prior to Baker Finn, Dee worked as a Recruitment Consultant at The Noel Group, focusing on providing industry-specific training and HR services across various sectors in Ireland. Dee is currently pursuing a Digital Marketing Diploma at University College Dublin and holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Griffith College Cork.
