Amanda Edwards

Amanda Edwards has a strong background in customer service and design, currently serving as a Design Concierge at Universal Furniture since March 2013. Previously, Amanda held the position of Designer Customer Service Specialist at Universal Furniture. In addition, Amanda was the Director of Designer Relations at Mobital Design Group for a brief period from November 2020 to June 2021. Earlier in Amanda's career, a role as Customer Service Manager at Rug & Home from September 2010 to March 2013 helped to further develop expertise in customer relations and service within the design industry.
