Erica W.

Erica W. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the furniture industry. Erica started their career as a Retail Sales Associate & Office Assistant at Green Front Furniture in 2000 and worked there until 2006. In 2006, they had internships at both La-Z-Boy and FFDM Fine Furniture Design & Marketing.

Erica then joined Hooker Furniture Corporation in 2007 as a Management Trainee and worked their way up to become a Manager - Merchandising & Product Development. In this role, they designed, developed, merchandised, and sourced products for the wood division of the company. Erica also had international experience, traveling to factories in China, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines. Erica worked at Bernhardt Furniture Co for five years before transitioning to Baker Furniture in 2018.
