Jamaica Hope

Jamaica Hope has extensive work experience in credit and collections management, with a focus on reviewing collection reports, evaluating collection policies and procedures, and auditing delinquent accounts. Jamaica has held positions such as Director of Credit and Collections and Credit and Collections Manager at Baker Interiors Group. Additionally, they have experience as a Customer Finance Supervisor at Heritage Home Group LLC, a Healthcare Billing Supervisor at LabCorp, a Tier 1 employee at Gilbarco Veeder-Root, and an Operations Desk Supervisor at American Express.
