Stange Will

Stange Will possesses extensive experience in human resources and safety management, currently serving as a Project Safety Specialist at Baker Furniture since April 2002, where responsibilities include managing Environment, Health and Safety for 300 employees, overseeing OSHA compliance, and promoting continuous improvement through employee engagement. Previously, Stange held the role of HR Generalist, achieving Tier I status in safety among Kohler manufacturing plants and successfully reducing workdays lost due to injuries by 50%. Earlier career experience includes serving as Personnel/Safety Director at Cortrim Hardwood Parts, managing HR functions and recruitment in a labor-intensive environment. Stange holds two Master of Science degrees in Human Resource Management from Purdue University.
