Deb DeBoer has extensive experience in the field of pipeline safety and compliance, currently serving as a Senior Pipeline Safety Specialist, Project Manager, and Pipeline Compliance expert at Northern Natural Gas Company since January 2004. In this role, Deb has successfully managed multiple projects with an annual budget of $25 million, overseeing project management from inception to completion while providing technical leadership and coordinating with involved parties. Prior to this, Deb worked as a Senior Plant, Systems, and Product Engineer at Connectivity Solutions (formerly Avaya, Inc., Lucent Technologies, AT&T, and Western Electric) from January 1984 to February 2002. Deb holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, obtained in 1983, and completed secondary education at Westside High School in Omaha, NE.
