Aaron Cheah

Aaron Cheah is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the engineering and technology sectors, currently serving as the Business Director for InspectionWorks at Baker Hughes since February 2019. In this role, Aaron Cheah has full ownership of the digital business within the Non-destructive Testing (NDT) arm and is responsible for developing and operationalizing the digital strategy. Prior to this, positions included Global Sales Development Leader for the Augury Alliance at Baker Hughes, Hydrogen Product Leader, and Global Service Director for Waygate Technologies. Aaron Cheah’s previous experience also encompasses leadership roles at GE Oil & Gas, Nestlé, Siemens, and AIVAF LIMITED, showcasing a strong track record in managing teams, implementing strategic initiatives, and driving operational excellence. Educational qualifications include a BEng (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from The University of Sheffield and a certification in Project Management from the International Project Management Association.
