Alessandro Pelucchini

Alessandro Pelucchini is a highly experienced engineer with a strong background in mechanical service engineering and project execution. Currently serving as a Lead Engineer at Baker Hughes since November 2025, Alessandro has previously held the role of Service Project Execution Engineer at IMA Group, where responsibilities included pre-installation coordination, cost management, and client relations during the installation phase. Prior experience includes positions at Atlas Copco as a Field Service Engineer, and significant roles at Baker Hughes as a Lead General Operation Support Specialist and Site Manager, focusing on oil and gas upgrades. Initial experience at GE as a Field Service Engineer and Technical Advisor provided a solid foundation in compressor maintenance and installation. Alessandro holds a degree in Industrial Mechanics and Maintenance Technology from Meucci.
