Anita Berry

Anita Berry has extensive experience in benefits administration, currently serving as the Lead Benefits Specialist for Total Rewards Health & Welfare and Retirement at Baker Hughes since April 2019, where responsibilities include managing international health & welfare and pension retirement plans for up to 1,000 international employees. Prior to this role, Anita spent nearly 11 years at General Electric Manufacturing Company (GEMAC), starting as a Benefits Administrator and advancing to Senior Benefits Analyst, overseeing a health and welfare benefits budget of $20 million for over 5,000 U.S. employees and retirees. Anita holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organization Administration and Public Service from Central Michigan University.
