Catalina Leal Isaza, MBA, CSSBB, has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Executive HSE Director for the Production Solutions Segment at Baker Hughes since June 2010. Leal Isaza has held multiple leadership positions, including Executive Director of Assembly, Maintenance and Overhaul for Artificial Lift Systems and Senior Product Quality Director for Oilfield & Industrial Chemicals. With a focus on delivering reliable products safely and cost-effectively, Leal Isaza oversees global teams across numerous facilities and third-party manufacturers to ensure compliance with quality standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Prior roles include Engineering Manager and various engineering positions that provided significant technical support and operational oversight. Leal Isaza's educational background includes an MBA from the University of St. Thomas (TX), a degree in Production Management from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, and a Chemical Engineering degree from Universidad de Los Andes.
