Ilaria Polvani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and workforce planning within the oil and gas industry. At Baker Hughes, Ilaria has held multiple leadership roles, including IET Global Talent Management Leader and IET Strategic Workforce Planning & HR Business Partner. Prior to this, Ilaria served as HR Integration Leader in Norway and Human Resources Manager for Enabling Functions & Engineering at GE Oil & Gas, where responsibilities included overseeing global talent development initiatives.
