Jefferson Koloda dos Santos

Jefferson Koloda dos Santos is an experienced mechanical engineer specializing in product performance engineering and research and development within the oil and gas industry. Currently a Principal Mechanical Engineer at Baker Hughes since October 2025, Jefferson previously served as an R&D Principal Mechanical Engineer at Halliburton, where key contributions included leading the development of the company's first electromechanical Barrier Valve. Prior to Halliburton, Jefferson held various engineering roles at Aker Solutions, focusing on product development for Electric Actuators and Tubing Hanger Systems, among others, and began a career as a Manufacturing Process Engineer at CNH. Jefferson graduated with a Mechanical Engineering degree from Universidade Positivo and possesses foundational education from the Federal University of Technology - Parana.
