Marisa Beaty

Marisa Beaty is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the oilfield services sector. Currently serving as the Region HR Executive Director for OFS North America at Baker Hughes, Marisa has also held prominent roles including Global Executive HR Director for OFS Sales & Commercial and Global HR Director for Wireline Services. Earlier in their career, Marisa worked as an HR Representative at Navy Army Community Credit Union. Marisa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, earned between 2000 and 2004.
