Michelle Jordão is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global HR strategy, process optimization, and talent management. Currently serving as the HR Director for Global HR Process Solutions & Governance at Baker Hughes, Michelle is responsible for end-to-end process design and the integration of technology to enhance employee experience.
