Mihai Marcu

Mihai Marcu has extensive experience in the engineering and oil and gas industries, with a career spanning over three decades at Baker Hughes since 1996. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager in Customer Applications Engineering, Mihai has held multiple leadership roles including Global Product Line Manager for Multilateral Completions and Global Business Development Manager for Multilaterals. Previous positions include Senior Technical Support Manager and Senior Region Engineer for US Land. Mihai's international experience includes serving as a Senior Applications Advisor in Calgary and a District Engineer in Algeria. Mihai began the professional journey at Petrom as a Petroleum Engineer after earning a Bachelor's degree in Wells Drilling and Reservoir Exploitation from Oil and Gas University in Ploiesti, Romania.
