Nicole M. Durham

Nicole M. Durham currently serves as the Global Chief Culture & DEI Officer at Baker Hughes, leading initiatives to enhance organizational culture during a significant transformation and positioning the company for leadership in the energy transition. Previously, at Exelon, Nicole held various roles including VP of Diversity and Inclusion, where the 2020 D&I strategy was developed, and Director of Human Resources, focusing on talent management and employee relations. An accomplished professional, Nicole's experience also includes roles as Director of Diversity & Inclusion and Chief of Staff to the CFO. Nicole began a career in consulting with Protiviti after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Notre Dame and a Graduate Certificate in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University.
