Paul Heppner

Paul Heppner has extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner for Baker Hughes through IBM since September 2018, following a role as Staffing Consultant for Key Bank via IBM from August 2015 to September 2018. Prior experience includes recruitment roles at Transworld Systems and Aaron's, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed full life cycle recruitment and managing applicant tracking systems. Paul started in the staffing industry at Solutions Staffing and worked at Limited Brands in merchandise processing. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Business Administration from DeVry University, having also attended Youngstown State University.
