Peter Johnston

Peter Johnston is a seasoned Wireline Field Engineer at Baker Hughes, a GE company, with extensive experience in various supervisory and engineering roles spanning nearly three decades. Starting from December 1987, Peter worked as a Field Supervisor I, where responsibilities included supervising specialized operations and providing operational guidance. Peter has successfully led projects such as the deployment of Array PLT in Angola and the TOTAL Drilling Campaign in challenging environments like deepwater and remote operations in Oman and Yemen. Peter's expertise also encompasses training junior engineers and developing processes for data presentation to meet customer requirements. Peter holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta, obtained between 1981 and 1986.
