Richard Bryce

Richard Bryce is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in strategic HR leadership across various global roles. At Baker Hughes, Richard serves as the ENSC Region Segment HR Leader, providing HR direction for diverse functions in the Europe region, while previously overseeing major transformation projects as HR Director for People Operations. Prior to this, Richard held significant positions at EthosEnergy, managing HR for operations across Europe, the Middle East, and APAC, and at Wood, where responsibilities included global HR functions for multiple regions. Richard's career began at Orion Group, focusing on technical recruitment for the oil and gas industry.
