Shejuti Silvia

Shejuti Silvia is a Senior Manager of Data Science & Analytics at Baker Hughes, with a strong focus on developing AI and ML solutions to enhance automation and efficiency in oilfield services. Since joining Baker Hughes in November 2017, Shejuti has successfully led cross-functional teams, developed machine learning-based analytics for corrosion detection, and launched an AI product for predictive maintenance, which generated significant revenue and received industry awards. Previously, at GE Research, Shejuti delivered AI solutions that drove product sales and built machine learning models for equipment analytics. Educational qualifications include a PhD candidacy in Computer Science from the University of Oklahoma, along with a Master's in Data Science and Analytics and a Bachelor's in Computer Science.
