Hugh Lyons

Hugh Lyons is a partner at Baker McKenzie since January 2016, specializing in major commercial and financial disputes, particularly in banking, fraud, financial misconduct, and insolvency. Prior to this role, Hugh was a partner at Hogan Lovells from September 1995 to December 2015 and began the legal career as a trainee solicitor before becoming an associate. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Legal Practice from The University of Law, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Bristol, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Maths and French from The Open University. Hugh received early education at Bishop's Stortford College.
