Marredia Crawford

Marredia Crawford has extensive experience in diversity and inclusion roles. From 2009 to 2018, they worked at Bracewell LLP as a Diversity & Inclusion Manager, where they served on the Diversity and Inclusion Committee and collaborated with various committees to enhance recruiting and retention practices. Marredia also worked closely with clients on diversity issues and participated in community outreach activities.

In 2018, Marredia joined Baker McKenzie as the North American Diversity & Inclusion Manager. Marredia then progressed to the role of Associate Director, D&I, North America in 2020, and Director, Inclusion & Diversity, Americas in 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Officer, contributing to the company's commitment to inclusivity and equity.

Marredia Crawford attended Sam Houston State University where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. Marredia also pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration from the same university.
