Philippe Steffens is a Partner and the Global Head of Securitisation & Receivables Finance at Baker McKenzie, where they have specialised in securitisation, structured credit products, and loan portfolio transactions since 2006. Previously, they worked as a Lawyer at Clifford Chance from 1996 to 2006 and earned an LL.M from New York University School of Law.
