Scott McKenzie

Scott McKenzie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transaction advisory, assurance, and tax services across various industries, including software, life sciences, and manufacturing. Currently serving as Principal and Managing Director at Baker Newman Noyes since September 2020, Scott leads the transaction advisory practice, focusing on due diligence and quality of earnings. Previous roles include Partner at Silverman, Avila, & Gershaw, CPA's, and MFA - Moody, Famiglietti & Andronico, where Scott supported entrepreneurs and emerging growth companies. Additional experience includes positions at Deloitte & Touche and Ernst & Young, where Scott provided assurance services to venture-backed entities. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business Management from Gordon College and has served on the Board of Trustees for Bishop Fenwick High School.
