Dwight West

Dwight West possesses extensive experience in the roofing industry, currently serving as the Department Head for Raleigh Service at Baker Roofing Company since March 2015. In this role, Dwight oversees safety, quality control, profitability, and customer satisfaction for commercial and industrial service work while training employees on daily responsibilities. Prior to this position, Dwight was the Owner of West Roofing LLC from September 2010 to January 2015 and has held co-owner and owner roles at Best Roofing Technology, Inc. from January 1998 to August 2010. Dwight's career began at Carlisle SynTec Systems as a Technical Manager, SE Regional Sales Manager, and Manager of Warranty Services from January 1985 to March 1998. Dwight holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Ohio University, obtained between 1979 and 1983.
