Gene Schwartz

Gene joined Baker Street Advisors in June 2010. Prior to joining Baker Street Gene was a reporting manager at Harris MYCFO for nine years. He was responsible there for maintaining the Advent Axys database, analyzing and troubleshooting performance and fixed income issues, and supervising the daily reconciliation of custodian accounts. From 1998-2001, Gene worked at Advent Software, where he was a Tier 3 technical analyst, working with Development on difficult cases, and helping to oversee the internal knowledge base. His specialty was performance, multicurrency, and fixed income calculations.

Gene graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a B.A. in Philosophy, and did some graduate work at U.C. Berkeley.
