Shelley Cato

Shelley Cato is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in tax and entity reporting within the hospitality sector. Currently serving as VP Entity Reporting, Tax & Administration EMEA at Marriott International since November 2022, Shelley leads a diverse team managing statutory filings for over 100 entities across 28 countries. Prior roles at Marriott include Senior Director Entity, Reporting and Tax for Europe and Director of Tax for Europe, where responsibilities encompassed team leadership, stakeholder management, and tax compliance. Shelley's earlier experience includes positions at KPMG UK as Assistant Tax Manager and at Cable & Wireless as Tax Assistant Manager. Shelley holds a BA Hons in Business Studies, International Business from De Montfort University.
