Esther Koeman

Esther Koeman is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in advising organizations on HR policies and strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Manager HR Advice at Baker Tilly Netherlands since January 2017, Esther focuses on foundational HR improvements, talent development, and leadership training. Previous roles include Senior HR Consultant at Explent, where collaboration with a team of specialists enhanced organizational and employee development, and Senior HR Advisor at SPIE Nederland, providing centralized HR support and guidance. Esther began the career as an HR Advisor at BDO Nederland and was a Consultant at Continu Office, responsible for launching a new business unit. Academically, Esther holds a Master’s degree in Policy and Organization Sciences from Tilburg University and has pursued further education in various HR-related fields.
