Amanda Phua is a seasoned professional in talent management and recruitment, currently serving as a Manager in Assurance Talent Management at Baker Tilly Singapore since May 2021, where responsibilities encompass recruitment, learning and development initiatives, and employer branding. Prior experience includes working as an Associate Consultant at Links International, specializing in recruitment across various sectors such as financial services and pharmaceuticals, and earning the Star Employee award in April 2021. Amanda also held the position of Recruitment Specialist at Infinity Organisation Asia, managing the full recruitment process and promoting team cohesion. Early career experience includes a Human Resource internship at Novotel Clarke Quay Singapore.
