Carol L. Yuan, CPA, MST, is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in both public accounting and tax preparation. Currently serving as a Director at Baker Tilly US since July 2024, Carol previously held the position of Principal at Seiler LLP for sixteen years. Earlier in their career, Carol worked as a Tax Associate at KPMG LLP. Carol's expertise includes preparing and filing Federal and Multi-State tax returns for a range of entities, such as fiduciaries, individuals, charitable trusts, private foundations, and public charities, along with handling Federal and State quarterly estimates and extensions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UCLA and two Master's degrees from Golden Gate University, one in Accountancy and another in Taxation.
