Chris Paris

Chris Paris began their public accounting career in 1998 and currently serves as a Tax Principal at Baker Tilly, following a merger with Moss Adams in 2025. With a focus on partnerships, real estate, and private equity transactions, Chris advises private equity firms, investment partnerships, and portfolio companies on complex deal structures and tax strategies. They lead a dedicated team to deliver tailored tax solutions throughout the transaction lifecycle and possess a deep understanding of various partnership tax issues. Chris also enjoys sharing insights at speaking engagements, particularly on topics like qualified opportunity zones and investment trends. They hold a Master's degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
