Ed Woiteshek

Ed Woiteshek is a seasoned executive with extensive board and leadership experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Board Member at Baker Tilly US and Ren, Woiteshek is also a Co-Founder of Valeas Capital Partners and holds board positions at Sequoia Financial Group, CINQCARE, and Marxent. Previously, Woiteshek was involved in multiple strategic and operational roles at Deliveroo, including Acting Chief Financial Officer and Acting Chief Business Officer—International, and served as President and CEO of CARPROOF, where significant company growth and innovation were achieved. A Yale University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Woiteshek has a proven track record in driving strategic initiatives and enhancing organizational performance.
