Frances Chen, CPA, currently serves as an Assurance Manager at Baker Tilly US since June 2025, following the merger of Moss Adams and Baker Tilly. Prior to this role, Frances held the position of Assurance Manager at Moss Adams from January 2023 to June 2025 and advanced from Assurance Senior to Assurance Manager during their tenure there.
