Jennifer Soltis

Jennifer Soltis is a seasoned audit professional with over 20 years of experience in public accounting, currently serving as the Texas Lead Audit Principal at Baker Tilly US. In this role, Jennifer leads the Texas Audit Team and holds the position of Audit Principal and President of the Baker Tilly Foundation. Jennifer's expertise spans auditing private companies across various industries, particularly in the investment company sector, including private equity and hedge funds. Previously, Jennifer was a Partner and Firm CFO at Montgomery Coscia Greilich LLP, having gained extensive experience in financial statement attestation and employee benefit plan audits. Earlier in Jennifer's career, roles included Assurance Senior Manager and Assurance Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Educationally, Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Texas Tech University and has completed executive education programs at prestigious institutions such as Wharton and Harvard Business School.
