Kathryn Young is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in accounting, reporting, and analytics across leading law firms. Currently serving as the Manager of Finance and Administration at Baker & Hostetler LLP since 2018, Kathryn previously held senior roles at Baker McKenzie from 2005 to 2018, including Senior Manager of Accounting, Reporting and Analytics, where insights supported the global CFO and senior leadership. Prior positions included Senior Financial Analyst and Senior Internal Auditor, focusing on financial consolidations and operational audits across multiple countries. Kathryn began their career as a Senior Accountant at Sidley Austin. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from The Ohio State University.
