Henry Gounot

Henry Gounot currently serves as the COO at bakerly since August 2024 and has been a trustee of B Lab France since July 2019. Previously, Gounot held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Norac Foods from May 2021 to August 2024 and was the Head of Supply Chain Finance at innocent drinks from September 2013 to May 2021. Notable roles include Head of Regional Finance & Operations and various finance management positions at innocent drinks, and Directeur administratif et financier at E4V from May 2010 to August 2013. Gounot started as a financial auditor at KPMG Audit from October 2007 to April 2010 and briefly interned at Saipem in 2008. Education includes a Master’s degree in General Engineering from Centrale Lille and preparatory classes at Lycée Fénelon.
