Cathy Harrison

Cathy Harrison has extensive experience in IT management, currently serving as IT Manager at The Bakersfield Californian since May 2006. Notable achievements include rescuing a failing SalesForce implementation, developing custom solutions, and training sales personnel on the system. Additionally, Cathy replaced the on-premise Exchange email system with Google Apps for Business and improved the company's IT infrastructure through virtualization. Prior roles include Director of Development Services at Viacore, Inc., where Cathy managed quality assurance for software products, and Director of Application Development at Merisel, where leadership in an ERP implementation of SAP was highlighted by commendations from major clients.
