Mourad Kacir

Mourad KACIR is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in big data and e-commerce services. Currently serving as the Head of Big Data & e-Commerce IT Services, Head of IT Audit, and Head of IT Software Development and Maintenance at La Poste since November 2001, Mourad has demonstrated leadership across multiple IT domains. Prior to this, Mourad was the CTO at Spherion from October 1999 to October 2001. Mourad holds a Certificat d'Etudes Spécialisées in Data Science / Big Data from Télécom Paris (2014-2015) and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Physics from Stony Brook University (1990-1995).
