CeCe Rubalcava, ThD, MPS, is a seasoned professional in counseling and human resources with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Christian Counselor at KCM Counseling since January 2017 and as a Spanish Grief Counselor at Optimal Hospice since 2015, CeCe also brings a background in drug and spiritual counseling from the Salvation Army.
