Donna-Maria Lee

Donna-Maria Lee is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources leadership. Currently serving as the Group HR Director for Bakkavor, Donna-Maria has previously held senior roles at Burberry, including Senior Vice-President of Global Human Resources and various positions overseeing HR operations in the Asia region and China. Donna-Maria's career began in human resources management within the manufacturing and distribution sector at Burberry PLC, and includes strategic HR transformation leadership at Reality (GUS Home Shopping). Donna-Maria holds both a Master’s Degree (MA) and a Bachelor’s Degree (BA with Honours) from The University of Manchester.
