Ingrid Silva

Ingrid Silva is a highly experienced professional in the food technology and quality assurance sectors, currently serving as Quality System Manager at Bakkavor since June 2024. Prior to this role, Ingrid held positions as Senior Food Technologist at Ecotone and Leathams Ltd, where responsibilities included ensuring quality standards and compliance, conducting technical audits, and collaborating with NPD teams. Ingrid's earlier experience at Bakkavor involved significant contributions to the Accelerated Management Scheme, focusing on raw materials technology and process validation. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Science from Kingston University, Ingrid also possesses project management experience from an internship at Alstom Transport and mentorship experience supporting new university students.
