Sophie Hoff is currently employed as a P&O Medewerker at RST Zorgverleners since November 2022, following a role as a Stagiaire P&O, where a research project on sustainable employability in community nursing was completed with a score of 8. Additionally, Sophie has been working at Bakkerij 't Stoepje since February 2019.
