Michael Krupa

Michael Krupa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as Chief of Staff at Bakkt since May 2025. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Chief of Staff at Distributed Technologies Research from June 2024 to July 2025. Michael has also worked at AYR Wellness Inc. as Director of Cultivation Operations and Analytics, and Operations Manager from January 2022 to May 2024. Additional experience includes an analyst role at Mercer Park LP from June 2020 to May 2024, and an Investment Banking Summer Analyst position at Bank of America in summer 2019. Michael earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where studies were completed between January 2017 and May 2020, following education at UC Santa Barbara from January 2016 to May 2017.
