Tiffany Slater

Tiffany Slater serves as the Chief of Staff at Serco since November 2025 and is the Founder of Tiffany Slater - Advisor | Consultant | Coach since January 2019. Prior experience includes significant roles at the National Rugby League from 2015 to 2025, where Tiffany held multiple General Manager positions, leading special projects, international strategy, wellbeing initiatives, and the women’s elite program, as well as managing consulting services for clubs and states. Tiffany's earlier career includes finance project management at Wests Tigers, finance management at Macquarie Group, and internships at Caltex and EY. Academic qualifications comprise a Master’s Degree in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney, an Executive Education Programme from INSEAD, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney, alongside certifications from professional bodies.
